Hair Growth Supplements That Actually Work

I think it's safe to say that at this point I'm completely obsessed with growing out my hair as fast as possible. I've done all the possible methods and tried the top selling hair supplements. Today I'm going to tell you about Country Life Maxi-Hair Plus supplements that actually do make your hair grow an inch and I managed to achieve an inch of hair in a little over 2 weeks. During these 2 weeks I also bleached and dyed my hair twice, so these supplements really do work. These supplements have also helped grow with new strands of hair, which led to the overall thickness of my hair. I purposely bought a large bottle of 120 capsules to be able to maximize the use. By taking 4 capsules a day, the bottle should last a whole month. Plus, this bottle was only $25 for 120, which is cheaper than the "branded" ones such as Hairfinity, Hairburst and Holland and Barrett. All these branded hair supplements sell about 60 capsules for the same price if not more expensive.

These supplements have all the nutrients your hair and body needs to stay healthy. Your hair doesn't only need biotin to grow, it also needs your daily dose of vitamins especially if you're not getting the right amount from your food.

On the bottle it says to take 4 tablets a day with food and trust me you really want to take them with food because they taste and smell really bad but it's totally worth it because the results after 2 weeks are amazing.

Make sure to drink lots and lots of water with these pills. Since I was taking 4 tablets a day with all these vitamins my pee turned light green. Yes, I know, too much information but this needs to be said. If your pee turns yellow or green, it's a good sign because it means that your body is absorbing all the vitamins from the pills but it's also important to get rid of the excess that's left in your system. Drinking lots of water will allow the pills to be absorbed more easily too so make sure you drink lots of water until your pee is crystal clear. Drinking lots of water will also help hydrate your skin and hair, which helps your hair grow faster and stronger.
